1. DRIVING LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimal age - 23 years.

- A valid license and complete additional documentation, having been issued at least a year ago

2. RENTAL RATES:

- All rates are quoted in EURO.

- All rates are calculated on a 24 hours basis.

- All rates are based on unlimited mileage

- All rates are fully inclusive of Collision Damage Waiver, Theft protection, Third party responsibility (not cover damages of the underside body of the vehicle, tires and rims, theft of rim covers, registration documents, key with alarm and theft of any personal luggage).

3. PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

- The rental price shall be payable at the signing of the contract in cash, by bank transfer or by credit cards - VISA, EURO/MasterCard, JSB

4. DELIVERY & COLLECTION:

- Free of charge delivery & collection to Varna Airport and St. Constantine and Helena.

- Golden sands – 10 Euro.

- Bourgas Airport - 60 Euro.

- Sofia Airport - 130 Euro.

· All other cases are subject to additional agreements.

5. FUELLING & REFUELLING REGULATIONS:

- All vehicles are delivered with full petrol tank.

- The Petrol tank should be full at collection

6. DRIVERS AND ADDITIONAL DRIVERS REGULATION:

- The renting person is considered to be the driver of the vehicle.

- The renting can also appoint a different person to be the driver of the vehicle.

- A company driver can be arranged at an additional rate of EURO 20.00 per day (8 hours)

7. EQUIPMENT OF THE VEHICLE:

- All vehicles are equipped with the following: CD stereo, a spare tire, a jackscrew, a spanner, a first-aid kit, a fire-extinguisher and reflective triangle.

8. CROSS BORDER POLICY:

- Crossing the national borders with the rented vehicle is possible only on special request at renting.

- The company should be informed in advance, so that the vehicle insurance for outside the country GREEN CARD and other necessary documents could be issued.

- The additional cost of the GREEN CARD depends on the selected vehicle and on the rental period.

9. DEPOSIT:

- Deposit is required for all rentals.

- At the signing the contract, as a warranty, the customer shall deposit an amount, stated in the tariff. The deposit shall be released upon returning the car, after it has been checked for the damages.

- The full amount of the deposit, or a portion of it, could be withheld under the following circumstances:
Any damages to the vehicle as a result of an accident without a protocol from the authorities; In case of missing fuel, interior or CD damages or/ and damages caused by negligence; Damages on the tires, wheel rims, windshield wipes or underneath the car.
